Jim has over 20 years experience in design and construction and 10 years developing Disney Stores across the country. The spectacular design and construction of over 145 stores won Jim many awards for cost-cutting and design improvements under his management. It is this driving talent and energy that Crystal Cove Development has tapped to run the Palos Verdes Office of Crystal Cove Development with a focus on estates in Palos Verdes to Manhattan Beach, California.
Jim has done everything from landscape design, home remodeling, medical suites, retail stores and high-end custom estate design and construction. In addition Jim has an extensive background in both residential, retail and commercial design and construction. Jim excels in positive negotiations with city officials, sub-contractors and all stakeholders in any size development. Jim brings a competent combination of education, technical skills and experience to the team.He is a California licensed architect and a licensed general contractor.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo;
